We have made the decision to cancel our workshops (March & May) until further notice due to Coronavirus.
About the workshop:
Over the last few years, prices for power quality monitors have come down considerably and have become more affordable. It is no longer an ‘exclusive’ equipment purchased by power utilities only. But with the vast number of types, brands and models available out there, it can become quite confusing on choosing which suits your needs best. This workshop will provide the background and information needed to investigate and solve power quality problems involving possible interaction between events on the power system and the response of equipment within end user facilities and also guide you on how to decide which type of power monitors to choose for your work place.
Agenda
- Understanding about power quality
- Common power disturbances
- Power quality issues & possible problems on-site
